Lucy Peppiatt

Leadership and organisational culture

Lucy has been Principal of WTC since 2013. Since that time she has reshaped WTC to become a leading and unique theological provider in the UK. Lucy led the process of reorienting WTC to serve the independent church sector and established a thriving college based on the Hub model. She has led the process of values-led leadership and management at WTC, establishing the culture across the college, spearheading the academic excellence, and bringing together a team which has turned the college around operationally and financially. Lucy is an international speaker and author, and consults on leadership, empowering others, women in leadership, and how to build teams that include women.

Carl Palmer

IT and organisation process

Carl joined WTC in 2011. He is ITIL certified and has been the catalyst for constant upgrading of office processes, and making sure they continue to be as efficient as possible. In partnership with PEC, Carl was a key player in the design, development and ongoing upgrading of the CDMS.  Carl oversees the technical support for CDMS clients.

Janey Lawry-White

Business Manager and Operations

Janey has a background in establishing and running businesses which have included marketing and management consultancy businesses. She joined WTC in 2018 to head up the Operations Team. Janey oversees marketing, business development and client relations for WTC Consulting.

Catherine Catto

Finance Director

Catherine is a qualified accountant who specialised in treasury and cash management for multinationals, including project managing various SAP projects. Working in the charity sector, she has overseen the transition onto cloud-based finance systems for a number of charities. Catherine oversees WTC Consulting’s finance and consults on financial systems for other colleges.

Pete
Pete Edwards Consulting (PEC)

Software and Support

Pete Edwards worked with WTC to develop, trial and continuously upgrade the CDMS. He continues to work with WTC on upgrading and refining the CDMS and developing new features. Pete also does work for the US government and Inrupt, the company established by Sir Tim Berners Lee (inventor of the world wide web) who is now working to return control of their data to web users.

Software and Support

Peter Farmer has spent most of his career working for Internet Service Providers, mostly in Systems engineering and architecture. He is working with WTC Consulting Ltd to provide additional development and operational support for the CDMS, writing new features and making improvements to the system.  Peter also works with a number of other clients.
