Consultants
Lucy Peppiatt
Lucy is now the President of WTC. Previously, she was the Principal for 12 years (2013-2025), in which time, she reshaped WTC to become a leading and unique theological provider in the UK. She championed values-led leadership and management at WTC, spearheading the academic excellence, and brought together a team which has turned the college around operationally and financially.
Janey Lawry-White
Janey has a background in business establishment and management consultancy. She has experience in international humanitarian and development work with governments, NGOs, and the United Nations, plus BBC experience and small business ventures. She was Chief Operating Officer at WTC between 2018 and 2025 and now manages WTC Consulting. Janey oversees marketing, business development and senior client relations for WTC Consulting.
Carl Palmer
Carl has 14 years experience of leading IT teams in Higher Education Institutions. He is the Chief Technical Officer of WTC Consulting Ltd. He is ITIL certified, spearheads process improvements, and was instrumental in designing the CDMS system. He currently oversees technical support for CDMS clients.
Engineering Team Leads
Pete Edwards
Pete worked with WTC on the initial development of CDMS and continues as System Architect, refining it and developing new features. Pete brings a wealth of experience from working with research teams at AstraZeneca, supporting software he built for the US government, and from working with Inrupt, the company established by Sir Tim Berners Lee (inventor of the world wide web) which has the aim of returning control of personal data to the web’s users.
Peter Farmer
Peter has spent most of his career working for internet service providers, mainly in Systems Engineering and Architecture. He works with WTC Consulting as a senior developer, writing new features and making improvements to the system. Peter is our HESA specialist, having led the development of the HESA feature and worked with our existing clients to ensure it provides a high level of efficiency and accuracy at system level. Peter also works with a number of other clients.
